Nanoelectronics at the Quantum Edge

Nanotech.org

Nanotech.org describes the work of a project called "Nanoelectronics at the Quantum Edge". The project brings together research in physics, chemistry, materials science and electronics engineering. The goal of Nanotech.org is to produce radical nanometer scale devices for future computing, in particular quantum computing. Three institutions are involved in this project: the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge, and Hitachi Europe Ltd. The project is funded by a 'Foresight Link' Award from the UK Department of Trade and Industry.
